- How do I reserve rental equipment?
- Browse the live fleet on the home page, open an available unit, and submit a reservation request with your preferred pickup and return dates. The Lockport yard will text or email you to confirm availability — no payment is taken online.
- How does small-engine repair intake work?
- Submit this form with equipment details and whether you prefer drop-off or pick-up. If you choose pick-up, include a street address with city or postal code so the yard knows where to collect the equipment. That preference is not a booked appointment. Yard staff will text or email you to arrange logistics for Lockport and Interlake customers.
- Do you do oil changes and basic maintenance?
- Yes. We offer economy and premium oil-change / service tiers (including synthetic where appropriate), plus lubrication and general service. That covers fuel pumps, batteries, air filters, spark plugs, tires, tubes, tire patching, blades and sharpening, belt replacement, and parts sourcing. Winterization and summerization are available too. Submit repair intake for drop-off or pick-up; the yard follows up by text or email. We don’t list repair dollar amounts online; minimum estimate charges may apply.
- Do you install accessories?
- Yes. We install accessories such as lights and electronics on equipment we service. Note what you need on the repair intake; the yard will text or email to confirm scope.
- Do you work on Sea-Doos, jet skis, or personal watercraft?
- Yes. We service two-stroke and four-stroke personal watercraft (Sea-Doo / jet skis / PWC). Use repair intake and prefer text or email for follow-up.
- Can you scan Sea-Doo trouble codes or fault codes?
- Yes. We offer trouble code scanning for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke Sea-Doo. Mention the codes or symptoms on repair intake (or text/email); the yard will arrange diagnostics with drop-off or pick-up. Intake is not an appointment.
- Do you work on outboard engines?
- We do some / limited outboard engine maintenance — not full rebuilds or every outboard job. Describe the engine and issue on intake; the yard will text or email whether it’s in scope.
- What outdoor power equipment do you service?
- Chainsaws, weed whackers / string trimmers, pole pruners, augers, tillers, backpack blowers, and snowblowers. We also repair lawn equipment — garden equipment, lawn tractors, mowers, and zero-turn mowers. See the services catalog for the full list. Ask via intake or text/email if you’re unsure.
- Do you repair lawn equipment, lawn tractors, mowers, or zero-turns?

- Do you offer pickup, delivery, storage, or mobile repairs?
- Pickup and delivery services are available. Storage is offered in some cases. Mobile repairs only in some cases / under special circumstances — not a standing always-on mobile shop. Prefer text or email; intake is not a booked appointment.
- Do you work on dirt bikes and motorcycles?
- Yes. We do repairs and maintenance on dirt bikes and motorcycles — chain lubrication, chain replacement, oil changes, general maintenance, changing lights / light bulbs, and accessories. Use repair intake; the yard follows up by text or email. We don’t list fees online.
- Do you service water pumps?
- Yes. Water pump service and repair is available. Describe the pump on repair intake; prefer text or email for follow-up.
- Do you repair trailers?
- Yes for light work on small trailers, landscaping trailers, and dump trailers — tires, light repairs, and wiring repairs. Not every trailer job is in scope; ask via intake and the yard will text or email.
- Can you give a repair price before inspecting the machine?
- Routine maintenance can often be discussed as an estimate over text or email. Most repairs need an on-site inspection before a firm estimate. Minimum charges apply for providing repair estimates — see Repair Rates for details.
- How should I contact the yard?
- Text or email is preferred. Text 431-388-8841 or email the yard from the contact links on this site. Staff use text and email to confirm rentals and repair logistics.
- Where do I drop off equipment for repair?
- Red River Rent-ALL is at Unit 2, 30 IXL Cres, Lockport, MB R1A 3M9. Hours are Mon–Fri 9AM–4PM and Sat 9AM–12PM. Wait for a text or email confirmation before assuming a drop-off time.
- Is a repair request the same as a scheduled appointment?
- No. Submitting intake tells the yard what needs work and your logistics preference. Confirmation of drop-off, pick-up, or timing comes by text or email after staff review the request.
